Zyvoria Shop offers women’s fashion products, including Cord Sets, Kurta Sets, Short Kurtis and Sarees.

Product availability can change without prior notice. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock unless and until the order is successfully accepted.

Prices, taxes and errors

Product prices displayed on the website are shown in Indian Rupees unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts or other charges will be displayed or calculated where applicable during the purchase process.

A payment shown as initiated or pending does not necessarily mean that the order has been successfully paid. An order may remain pending until successful transaction confirmation is received.

Cancelling an order

Once an order has been processed, packed or handed over for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where a cancellation is accepted for a prepaid order, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy and payment provider timelines.

Orders are shipped to serviceable locations using available courier or logistics partners.

Delivery timelines shown on the website or communicated to customers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including logistics disruptions, incorrect addresses, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, courier delays or other events beyond reasonable control.

Post-delivery requests

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the conditions, timelines and eligibility requirements stated in our applicable policies.

Products may need to remain unused, unworn and in original condition with applicable tags, packaging and accessories to qualify for certain return requests.

Some products may be excluded from return where legally permitted due to hygiene, product nature, condition or specific listing terms.

Offers, coupons and discounts

Promotional offers, coupon codes and discounts may be subject to additional conditions, including validity periods, minimum order values, eligible products, customer eligibility or usage limits.
